ASCENT empowers individuals to gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive — strengthening communities from within. Through career readiness, entrepreneurship support, mentorship, and shared resources, we connect people to meaningful work, foster a culture of belonging, and build networks that uplift all.
Each year, a select group of executives joins the program to gain insight into regional and national challenges, build powerful networks, and learn from accomplished leaders. Together, they cultivate the vision, knowledge, and connections to drive meaningful change and shape the future of their communities and institutions.
The RISE Scholars Program engages students early in their academic journey with career readiness, mentorship, and leadership development. In partnership with regional colleges and universities, we prepare graduates to enter the workforce with confidence and make a meaningful impact in their communities. Nominations are accepted annually.
Each year, the RISE Institute hosts signature events focused on job fairs, leadership development, and community impact. Our conference unites students, professionals, and executives for mentorship and networking, while job fairs connect emerging talent with employers. The annual RISE Gala celebrates our scholars, alumni, and partners while raising support for our mission.
