The RISE Executive Felllowship Program is a part-time, cohort-based experience designed to strengthen personal and professional leadership while fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support. The program focuses on building networks of executives who lift each other, lead transformational change, and apply strategic resource management to advance organizational and community impact.
Guided by accomplished leaders and experts, participants engage in immersive workshops, virtual instruction, mentorship, and applied projects within their institutions and communities. Each cohort develops both the capacity and the connections to drive meaningful change, ensuring that leaders not only rise individually, but rise together.
The Community Engagement Initiatives are projects designed to build trust, create shared value, and strengthen the fabric of our communities. Each year, participants and alumni collaborate with local leaders, organizations, and residents on projects that matter, from resource drives and neighborhood improvement efforts to community events and networking opportunities.
These initiatives connect people to one another, foster meaningful partnerships, and ensure that the impact of RISE extends into the neighborhoods we serve.
